Kristen is a wealth of information. Incredibly genuine, with facts from personal experience she tells you how to get the best deal and make it worth it. She is incredibly prepared for the showings telling you everything there is to know about a home and if she doesn’t know it she will find out. She has incredible insight into how to check a home prior to purchase and the inspection process once you put your offer in. Cannot recommend her more, working with her has been really heartwarming!

Kristen Spellman is fantastic!! We relocated out of state, so she had to help us pick an area and a home. She listened to us, and understood our goals and wants. Kristen drove across Oregon and Washington virtually showing us properties and quickly adjusted to fine tune our search. She helped us make informed decisions. Her knowledge in this space is significant. We couldn't have accomplished our goals with a more perfect property without her. Plus, she works with a great team and I would recommend her to our family and friends without hesitation
