Angela Keidel is simply the best realtor I've ever had the pleasure of buying a property with. She knows every inch of Gaineseville and the environs, and understood what we were looking for from our point of view. In terms of taste, location, convenience, price point, she had unfailing judgement about houses that would appeal to us. More than that, Angela helped manage the purchase as if it were her own home. She knows all the best contractors in Gainesville and made sure we had reliable inspectors, electricians, plumbers, etc. to make sure the house was in good working order. She even managed the contractors and the work for us while we were out of town. Angela is so dedicated you will feel like she is your own personal realtors. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Kristen and Susan, did a phenomenal job in marketing my mother's home with SUPERB photos and excellent social media posts. The level of service was impeccable. They are very savvy in their knowledge of the market and gave us invaluable insights to help with the sale of my mother's home. I highly recommend Jackie to anyone in need of a realtor. She is knowledgeable, professional, and went the extra mile for me many times. As I live in another state, there were many times she stepped in and took care of tasks ordinarily done by the homeowner. I cannot thank her enough.

This long-awaited review could easily run on for a long time as there were so many pros to working with Kshama. I personally knew Kshama prior to her working in real estate and choosing to work with her, as my agent, was an experience that couldn't be further from those potential nightmare experiences you hear people have when working with a friend. Kshama is someone who aimed for nothing but PURE professionalism!! To the point where I would have to overly emphasize that it would ok for her child (my little nephew by association) to join us on our tours of properties during the process.69 She displayed the perfect balance of kindness as well as assertiveness when needed during our long process of finding and closing on my new home. I personally enjoyed that we could bounce ideas and reality checks off one another as we ventured in and out of houses over the months. Our main issue was finding a lender that would understand my income as I am a self-employed and after several strikeouts, I was fortunately able to find just the perfect lender to work with. However, before discovering said lender, it was hard to obtain and maintain a positive mindset during that time looking at houses that we couldn’t make an offer on. Kshama provided me with that positivity that I was going to get through it and it all will be in perfect time. That we were simply just entertaining ourselves viewing homes because none of those were meant for me even when there were homes that were hard to walk away from. Months go by and while on vacation I come across 3 new homes on Zillow and have Kshama schedule a tour upon my return. On the travel back home, I get the notification of being pre-approved and the final home we saw that same day was the one that stole my heart. Kshama swiftly got our proposal in that night to a home that had multiple offers, and I woke up that next morning to our offering being accepted!! The seller was also an agent so our negotiating and cementing of details throughout inspections, appraisal and all went swiftly and before I knew it, I was at the closing desk with Kshama there to hand over the keys!! This was my 2nd time going through the process of purchasing a home and throughout the early woes and an eventual satisfying closing, I never felt a sense of worry when it came to letting Kshama do her agent thing. No concerns that I was just another deal trying to get quickly pushed through. No matter how many clients she had at the time, she made the time for the ones she represented while even assisting her fellow agents. It is hard to not be extremely satisfied with the work she puts in while being the motherly family human being she is!!
