we are germans and we wanted to buy a house in The Villages and for us was very difficult to find the right house for us and to understand all the paperwork , without the wonderful help from Kris and her Team we wouldn't be able to manage as well as we did we are very satisfied and thankful , they did help us very fast and professional , Helen

I would give the 24/7 team 10 stars if that were an option. I've dealt with many realtors and they were the most accommodating ever. Their response time to questions is incredible. I highly recommend the 24/7 team.

I was in a fix on account of the circumstances of my retirement in California. I needed to buy my home in The Villages remotely, and the ladies of my 247 Team understood my predicament. They found my beautiful furnished home, and saw the purchase through with professionalism, competence, and patience. They were responsive to my questions and concerns. They bargained for the golf cart! Months after closing, when I arrived in Florida for good, Jayne took me for an informative and reassuring golf cart lesson, providing the confidence I needed to get around in my buggy. So much fun! These ladies love The Villages, and their enthusiasm is contagious.

We were very pleased with home selling experience with the 24/7 team. They did a wonderful job marketing our home and finding a qualified buyer in a relatively short amount of time. They were always available to speak with us, even late at night and on weekends. They worked 24/7 as their name implies. They provided information to us in a timely manner, explained things fully and were extremely professional. They took care of all the details and provided extra support since we were selling the home from out of state and could not be there in person much of the time. If we need to sell another home in The Villages, we will certainly rehire them and we would recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent real estate agent in area.

They live up to their same by providing great service. They offered me good advice on pricing and when it was time to reduce, without leaving money on the table. Living out ornate state they also came by to check on my home after Irma.
