Kitty is the perfect cocktail of qualities you would need in a real estate pro! She is professional, wise, knowledgeable, personable and detail oriented. Clearly she never sleeps! Kitty has successfully handled 3 home sales for me over the years and I can't say enough about her skills. Her knowledge of Lexington and her guidance about contracts during this crazy time in the market was invaluable. Seriously, there is no one better than Kitty Lane!

5 stars are insufficient for Kitty. Over the past 2 yrs I’ve sold 2 houses & bought 1. In selling I used 2 other supposed “top realtors” and 1 in buying. 1 home sold & the experience on what should have been an easier deal was much more stressful with that realtor than the 2nd with Kitty. She put them to shame. After working with Kitty frankly I’m shocked at the difference a great realtor makes. Whether buying or selling your doing yourself an injustice if you use anyone other than Kitty.

I could not recommend Meredith enough! She was always available to help and answer any questions. We were buying a house from out of state, so she made sure we were able to line up showings while we were in town for only a week. By midweek, we had an offer submitted on our home. She also made sure to get the inspection scheduled while we could still be in town. She took care of everything for us while we were out of state, so we didn't need to worry about being there for anything until closing. If/when we sell our home, we'd choose Meredith in a heartbeat.
