Kim was outstanding. She is extremely professional yet very personable. She went out of her way to ensure our home sold, going out of her way to ensure it closed on time. She immediately set out a plan that actually got us over the asking price. I will always be grateful for her. We have another house to sell, and Kim will be our realtor. Kim is AMAZING!! We needed to sell our home and buy out of state so we knew we needed someone who could take on this task and get it done. Kim works like magic! She was there for us every step of the way. Not only did she get our home sold FAST, she communicated with everyone involved, stayed on top of everything and always kept us updated. Highly recommend her!

Kim Macias was the best realtor! She made sure we were communicated on everything and if there was a crisis she took care of it without us even asking. Kim was fast, efficient and got us a good price on our home and found us wonderful buyers too. Kim and her team were the best, most professional and knowledgeable team we could have asked for. Kim also kept in close contact with our out of state realtor so that everyone knew what was going on. If we would ever need a realtor again I would definitely use Kim Macias.
