Kim assisted us with our complicated home closure. She was available at all hours and prompt to return calls/texts. Kim went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I recently relocated to the area of Charlotte with little information on neighborhoods and prices for housing. Kim took the time to ask me a series of questions about what me and my family were looking for, what was important to us and what were our must haves. By the time we had our first ride along to see properties, Kim showed up fully prepared. She took the time each day to send me listings she thought would fit my needs and make us happy and from there we decide on which ones to go see in person. She found the perfect house through hard work and diligence that we couldn't be happier about, She assisted through the entire process of financing and coached us on what to expect with the closing. If we ever have to look again(which i pray that's not for a long time) Kim will be my first call.

Kim has been ever so helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. From helping us find a property, through all the paperwork. It is clear she is experienced and knowledgable. Most importantly, she cares. I would definitely recommend Kim! The "service provided" below seems unclear and overlapping. She showed us possible homes matching our needs and wants. Showed us real homes. Helped us with paperwork and process.

We had the chance to have Kim referred to us ! Being out of country we couldn't be there as much as we'd hope and Kim met everyone we couldn't meet ... She even saved our closing because the mortgage broker screwed up ... She saved the day! If you are looking for above and beyond service she is the one you want!
