SOLD OUR HOUSE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE OCEAN. When we met Kimberly, she said she could sell our house in a week. She sold it in a DAY. From the sign that said "Coming Soon" to "Sold." And she was able to send us the paperwork to sign online while we were on a cruise in the Atlantic Ocean. We didn't need an open house. We didn't need staging or fixing up. We got $50K more than our asking price with no contingencies. She knew our neighborhood, was extremely accessible (I think she works 24/7), and even recommended an apartment building for us. Kimberly was great to work with and we would totally recommend her.

Kimberly is an A+ agent with a careful eye on her chosen market. She made an excellent call advising us not to fix up the house and handled the clean out and etc. as we are out of the area. I recommend her most highly.

Kimberly was an invaluable agent in the process of marketing and selling our home! We found ourselves in a difficult market due to a glut of homes for sale in our DC neighborhood at the same time as ours. Kimberly hung in there with us throughout - offering encouragement and constant updates on the situation, she arranged many well-attended open houses throughout our house's time on the market. Kimberly was there for us when our first sale fell through, giving us advice and ensuring our home got back on the market immediately. She negotiated the best possible price for us when the next offer came in, and saw us through the successful sale of our home.

She knows thbe DC real estate scene throughly and is highly respected for her work. Kimberly identified what prep work would be most important to buyers which helped us get a good price and a quick sale. Kimberly is awesome: she is exactly what you want and need in a real estate agent. I will absolutely use Kimberly as my agent again, when either buying or selling. When my wife and I purchased our first home, Kimberly educated us on the process, guided us to homes relevant to our search criteria, expertly advised us on important considerations of both the areas and the homes, and then deftly negotiated to get us the best deal. She was responsive and friendly throughout the entire process. We were very happy that we used Kimberly as our agent. I also turned to Kimberly for a second opinion when I had to oversee the sale of a parent’s house out of state. Again, she was responsive and friendly - and her advice enabled my family to receive an extra 10% on the sale price of the home.
