    Kim stood by us to get our house going with the sale, and she knows the market. Well rounded understanding the upper Northwest D.C. area, cares about the client, and is very honest! She will not let you down, and if problems come up, she will work with you to handle them. Kim will not let you down. My Mom and I were very pleased with her.

    Meeting Kimberly Cestari was life changing. After the sudden death of my mom we needed to sell my childhood home. At the most difficult time of my life Kimberly gently and expertly guided me through the steps. The house was under contract in 3 days with 5 offers well over asking. Her knowledge of the market and her relationships in the industry are invaluable. She is smart, efficient, responsive and most of all extremely kind.     We worked with Kimberly in the spring of 2024 on a sudden (almost a whim!) decision to buy a new house.     We recently worked with Kimberly to buy a single-family home in Chevy Chase (DC). Kimberly's familiarity with the local inventory, as well as her relationships with other realtors in the area, made us feel like we had the best opportunity to purchase a house in this extremely competitive market. She knew about off-market listings, upcoming properties, and proactively previews many houses in the neighborhood. Kimberly also took the time to understand what we were looking for and only sent us listings or suggested we view properties that met our criteria. This saved us a lot of time and energy, since we didn't have to look at houses that weren't right for us. She was also easy to work with when it came to inspecting houses, always able to setup appointments within 24-hrs of seeing the property. However, what really set her apart was her deep understanding of the neighborhood and its unique characteristics.     Kimberly was phenomenal to work with and instrumental in helping us buy our first home.
