Kim is the absolute best. She knows the Cape inside and out. As out of state buyers, she provided us with awesome local insight, great FaceTime tours, and guided us with our best interest in mind. She demonstrated an high level of integrity and also recommended superb local resources. I have a very high level of trust with Kim and would highly recommend her to anyone I know.

We crossed paths with Kim in an unlikely manner. After inheriting our mother's house a neighbor told us of a person that would be interested in buying our mother's house. We showed the house to the buyer without any realtor being involved. The buyer wanted to buy our house and said she would pay her realtor (Kim) separately. Although Kim did not represent us as sellers, she was very helpful in making the sale happen. She would let us know what we needed to do as sellers and always offered to help. She knew we did not have a realtor involved and made sure everyone was on the same page. When we asked Kim questions she got back to us as if she was our realtor. She returned emails in minutes, not hours. Our house sale had several non-typical factors involved, and she always had a flexible and can-do attitude to the sale's clauses. Kim, was personable, caring, and helpful in all her interactions with us! We recommend her.

Kim is a wonderful realtor and we sold our home within 30 hours of being listed. She was detailed and concise and cared about our needs and wants when working with us. She was informative and courteous on when showings of the home were set and worked with us as we had large dogs as part of our family. Kim let us know step by step what to expect after the offer came in and helped us with the preparation for the house inspection, fire inspection an other details. The closing on our home was quick and easy and we could not have had a better experience.

Kim is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Recently, we put our parents’ home, that had been in the family for 46 years, on the market. A large antique, in need of updating, we knew selling it might prove difficult. She provided market analysts, hosted open houses, and always kept us in the loop.Kim advised us that the market picked up in February and sure enough, that’s when we received an offer that led to a sale. My husband and I have worked with Kim on other real estate transactions over the years. She is absolutely wonderful and we highly recommend her.
