Kim was fantastic to deal with. She knew the area and she helped us purchase a dream location. She has been very helpful throughout the entire process and very quick to respond. Had it not been for Kim’s knowledge and timeliness we would have missed a great opportunity. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I happened to find Kim while researching zillow reviews of agents near the Bear Lake area. I'm glad I did! Kim was very helpful and down to earth. She always answered all my crazy questions and helped us realize that buying a lot was the best choice for us even though it meant we didn't buy a home through her. She made the process of buying a lot so simple. She's honest, responsive and I definitely recommend her!

Kim was awesome to work with! Very responsive to texts, phone calls, and every need we had along the way. Her knowledge of the Bear Lake/Garden City area is superb. She helped us with so much more than just buying our first investment property. She connected us with the local cleaners, internet providers, builder, and made sure everything was done to our liking right up to the last minute before closing. Deidra had a challenge in selling my place!! Farmland and houses in a small town. Buyers coming and going. She hung in there with me and got it done!!

Deidra is and was very thoughtful and went to great lengths for us during our adventure of house hunting. She made us feel very welcomed. The first two house fell through (no fault on Deidra’s part). She continued to help us until we found the right one. We’re Paradise CA “Camp Fire” survivors and if it was not for Deidra’s caring and compassion we would still be looking for a place to call home.
