I had such a wonderful experience going through the process of selling my condo with Kim Dontje! I found Kim to be professional and personable. Kim is also patient and organized. She explained what needed to be done and what to expect at each phase of the process based on what I wanted from the sale of my condo and based on items I needed to consider. I contacted Kim a little more than 2 years ago to discuss doing a short sale on my condo. Kim educated me about a short sale and pointed out other options if I could wait for the housing market to turn around. I waited and she sent me periodic emails on how the market was doing. My once under water condo sold at top dollar this year. Thanks to Kim for an enjoyable and smooth experience!!!

My husband and I used Kim two different times and both times she was nothing but helpful. She gave us advice, was very helpful through out the buying process, and worked tirelessly for us. Kim would answer texts and phone calls outside normal business hours. And she constantly went to bat for us for the house. My husband and I highly recommend using her whether you are buying or selling your home. Kim will give you the best experience!

Not only is Kim D. a great friend, but she is also an exceptional real estate agent. She worked diligently to help get our short sale home sold. She helped us every step of the way finding a new home and helping with the sale of the old home. I would highly recommend her to anyone. We will definitely use her again when the need arises! Kim was great. She was knowledgeable, and personable. She anticipated my needs and concerns, and sought to address them accordingly. She was non-judgmental in responding to requests I made in connection with the sale and demonstrated sensitivity, creativity in helping me to sell my home. I therefore felt comfortable asking her to step in as my POA when I needed to be out of town during the scheduled closing. I was kept apprised of all actions taken and of monies wired. I trusted her to work in my best interest. I highly recommend her professional realtor services.
