Great job 2nd house she sold for me. She makes everything so easy. Helped figure out what we fixed on each house, had a contractor, for everything, needing to be done to each house, to help sell so much easier, for great help in selling and getting ready to sell, she is your realtor, she been selling homes 26 years, she is right there the whole way through the process

We are relocating and had no clue about the area. Kim helped us find a perfect house, in a very tough market, within a week. She advised us on what to offer and we were able to close very quickly. She had great recommendations for all of the inspections we needed and coordinated all of that for us. Kim is extremely personable and knows the area as well as the ins and outs of real estate. I am so glad we went with Kim.

Kim helped us buy and sell a house doing all the contractual paperwork that nobody wants to do! arranged all the different entities to get closed on time and helped out a bunch!

Kim is great to work with. She’s lived in this area her whole life and knows just what property to show you, or not show you. She’s responsive and tech savvy; saving trips to get things signed by having email capability for much of the paperwork. As usual, Kim is a joy to work with.
