Kevin was a great professional from start to finish. He is open and honest in his communication and gives lots of great information that helps the process along. He was respectful of our wishes and also gave feedback to help us make decisions on pricing and staging. I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and his team.

This was my first time buying a home, and I went in with no experience. I was so nervous, but the moment I sat down with Bruce I was completely put at ease. He was completely transparent with me about the entire process, and at no point did I feel like he didn't care, and would put me in the first house we found, whether it was a good fit for me or not. Which is definitely something I was worried about. He kept up constant communication, which was what I asked for, and never once made me feel like I was asking too many questions, or dumb questions. He was quick to schedule any showings we wanted, and gave us his completely honest take on the houses we saw, and always told me when we could find something much better for the price. Not as important of a detail, but definitely so helpful to me personally, he was very easy to talk to and joke around with, which I know is definitely not always the case. The best part is that when I first signed up for him, he told me about how there were houses that came up off market, and his process for finding them, and the way the market is now, I thought this was more of a unicorn situation. After keeping us positive after losing out to other bids, he found us our unicorn exactly like he said he would when we met, and gave us a better offer than I could have imagined we'd ever get with the way the housing market is now. You cannot go wrong with Bruce.

Extremely upfront and honest. Extremely accurate in investment versus return. Delivered above expectations on sale of house in terms of days on market and offers expected as well as asking price. Will be using him on a purchase of new house as well as sale of another home.
