As the saying goes “no days off”, Charlie an example of this. He worked 7 days a week, answered questions at all hours, and secured us our forever home. If you want someone who bases their value on family, honor and respect while navigating through the real estate market, I would give Charlie a call.

Charlie was beyond amazing. When we first met with him to review all of our wants and price range we were nervous, as first time home buyers are, but Charlie right away showed us a ton of options available for us. Charlie knew so many things we didn’t know about owning a home and was always available for a text or call. He works quick and helps guide you in getting everything you want for the right price. He even got us into contract within 3 days of our offer! Without Charlie I don’t know if we’d be in our perfect home. We’re so thankful for him!

Selling my house with Gus as my agent was a great experience. During difficult times due to Covid Gus was conscientious about all safety precautions and was able to bring me multiple interested buyers and offers. After a short time on the market he was able to sell my house for over asking price.

Gus was nothing short of amazing. He was super helpful and always was available to us to find our perfect home regardless if he was on the clock or on vacation. We saw about 10 places and he was very mindful of all our wants and needs, which was extremely comforting. Looking for a home during COVID was an experience to say the least but Gus took it head on and made the entire experience joyful and easy. I would recommend anyone looking for a home in the New York area to use Gus Larrea and the entire Leatherman team. Thank you for assisting us in finding our home.
