Garret was absolutely lovely to work with! This was my first house-buying experience, and Garret was so kind and helpful throughout the process. He worked hard to help me find exactly what I was looking for, reassured me when things got a little rough, and proactively offered me contacts to help me solve various problems with the house. I cannot possibly recommend Garret enough as someone who cares deeply about your experience, who very much wants to help, and prioritizes you in a way that is truly remarkable for someone handling so much! Garret was incredible to work with and made the process of buying a new house as fun and seamless as possible. He was super knowledgable and communicative and can’t imagine working with anyone else. When I say Garret is an exceptional agent, that would be an understatement. Garret had the knowledge and experience we needed as first time home sellers. He provided guidance on everything from prepping our home for sale to contracts and closing. Garret knew the market in my area and knew exactly how to price our home to maximize our profit and sell our home quickly. Garret sold our home in one weekend of showings, while other homes in my neighborhood sat on the market for weeks/months. I’ve been working with Garret for years now as we intended to purchase a new home and sell our home at the same time, when plans changed and we decided to rent instead of buy (After several showings) he easily pivoted helped with the search for a rental. Garret is very attentive, responsive and genuinely cares about his clients and their families. I honestly could not have asked for a better agent. I look forward to working with him in the future when we’re ready to buy our next home!

Garrett was the absolute best. He had so much patience with me. He always returned my texts and phone calls promptly. He answered any questions I had and I had a lot. I’m an older lady moving out of my house after 48 years. Garrett understood and helped me through the transition. Besides being so conscientious he was a pleasure to work with.
