Kevin made the closing sale of our house a breeze. He was down to earth and honest in providing what feedback was necessary about any last minute updates to our home that would make the difference. Kevin went the extra mile whenever we couldn't be at the home ourselves for a contractor to work. He also made sure to be respectful of our time and space when it came to showings. I would recommend Kevin everytime. Kevin and Maria made sure it all went smooth and relieve any stress or anxiety that comes during a hectic time of moving. Their transparency when it came to pricing, negotiations, and knowledge of the market is incomparable.

Kevin has helped us multiple times, and has always delivered exceptional service. Kevin helped us buy our first home together in 2019, and was fair and honest. We had a great experience then. We knew we wanted him to sell our home now, and he was just as amazing with the sell. Very competitive and got us what we wanted. He even found us a realtor in Louisiana for us to use to buy our home down here! He is always available to chat or answer any questions and has an endless resource bank of vendors and other services. Kevin with KB Reality Group was the best. The whole process was stress free from start to Finish. He coordinated everything from contracts, showing closing and even had referrals for movers. Great company!
