We have bought and sold houses and lots through Kerry Skidmore's agency. The next to latest being a house and lot in Flemington, which was listed and sold in 2 weeks, for our asking price, and for cash. The latest is a house and lot in Humansville, which sold 1 week after the one in Flemington. Again for our asking price and for cash. We are quite satisfied with the service.
