Carlos was extremely helpful getting our home ready for sale, and chipped in to help himself however he could. He consistently went the extra mile to get things done in a timely fashion. The mutual trust he has with the contractors and support staff he works with speak volumes for the man himself. When dealing with such a large and important transaction, the most important thing in an agent is honor and trust - Carlos has that in spades.

Sunny is an amazing person and realtor. Professional from beginning to end, Sunny maintained great communication. Even thru the tough times, he framed it as a challenge to conquer. We had tasked him to help us sell our house as per a reverse 1031 exchange (our most complicated transaction to date). Our previous realtor had failed us, and Sunny came in at the last minute to turn things around for us. We had a month and 1/2 to make our deadline to sell our house. Sunny helped recommend upgrades and created actionable items to get our home ready again for sale. In summary, after one week of “affordable” renovations, and two weekends of open house, Sunny negotiated for us the price we needed. Our home was sold within 3 weeks! As a bonus, Sunny also helped us to rent one of the units in our newly bought home for a bit over market rate in a short amount of time! We wholeheartedly would recommend Sunny to anyone who needs a realtor that looks out for your needs.
