I have worked with Brittany both on the home buying and sale side. Brittany is an exceptional realtor - not only is she well versed in Bay Area real estate, she conducts herself as a true professional and partner. She is not one of those pushy sales people - she is patient, organized and thoughtful in her approach to ensure you're fully educated and comfortable with the home-buying or selling experience. I value how communicative she is in every step of the process through comprehensive emails, text messages and calls, staying in lockstep with you so that you're never in the dark. I have worked with her three times in the last 7 years and I could not recommend her enough.

Sophia was exceptional from start to finish. Navigating tenant removal and preparing our property for market was complex, but her knowledge and guidance made the process clear and manageable. She was patient, thorough, and always took the time to walk me through each step. Our property required an unconventional buyer, and Sophia delivered. Through her strong network and strategic approach, she positioned the property effectively and connected us with the right buyer. She was responsive, proactive, and made what could have been a stressful process feel organized and successful. I highly recommend her and would absolutely work with her again.

Relocating is naturally stressful, but Kevin & Vivian turned it into a smooth, organized experience. They are incredibly sharp and detail-oriented, which gave us total peace of mind throughout the search and signing. We were able to close in less than 30 days!!! What really sets them apart, though, is their personality. They are kind, grounded, patient and truly care about finding the right fit for their clients.
