Kelli did an amazing job of judging the market for our home. Her estimate of what it would sell for was flawless. How perfect was it? It sold in one day at our asking price. But, of course, there is more to selling a home than pricing. The buyers hit a couple of bumps along the way, but Kell's calm and steadfast focus, professionalism and personality put them back on track, she kept us informed and calmed our worries, as well, and we were able to close in timely manner and all parties walked away feeling happy and satisfied. I took the time to read her other reviews, and I can say without a doubt, that all the superlatives that were used by her clients to describe Kell's personality, professionalism, knowledge, are absolutely true-- believe them! I am very happy to highly recommend Kelli for all your real estate needs.

I've had the pleasure of working with Roxanne twice now; both times to sell a house. From the moment you meet Roxanne her energy comes through and you just instantly know that she is going to bring that same energy to your partnership. Both times she walked me through how the market was performing, her strategic ideas to lead to the best listing possible, and gave her recommendations for things we should do to prep for the listing (all we correct and were received well by buyers touring the properties, by the way). She was easy to get ahold of, clearly articulates steps along the way and has a great rolodex (us older folks know what that is) of vendors of when we needed anything from inspections to painters and contractors and more. Truthfully I was tempted to try one of the online broker sites that charge less, but I'm certainly glad I didn't - Roxanne earns her commission and then some.

My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Seletute was incredibly patient and literally always available to answer every question we had, which we truly appreciated. She treated us with so much care and respect, and we never once felt rushed or ignored. What really set her apart was her honesty, she never just told us what we wanted to hear, but clearly pointed out what was good and what was not so we could make the best decision for our family. Her experience and guidance gave us complete confidence, and we trusted her completely when it came to choosing the right home. Our buying experience was great thanks to her. We are so grateful to have had her on our side!

I can’t say enough good things about Ivana and the experience of working with her. Before hiring Ivana, I had listed my home with two different realtors and didn’t receive a single offer. From the very beginning, Ivana stood out with her presentation, strategy, and confidence. She recommended a few small upgrades, and her marketing was excellent—the entire team she worked with, from staging to the title company, was top-notch. We even received an offer before the home officially went live, and once it hit the market, we had multiple offers right away. Ivana was able to negotiate a strong deal for us, and although the transaction itself wasn’t easy and had its challenges, she stayed on top of everything and worked tirelessly to get us successfully to closing. I’m extremely happy and grateful for the service she provided and the overall experience. I would highly recommend Ivana to anyone looking for a realtor, and I will absolutely be referring her and using her again moving forward.

Jeff did an outstanding job with the selling of myhome in Livermore. There was another level of complexity due to a corporate relocation company that was also involved. He was always professional and help me navigate the process and communicated often. Highly recommend him!
