Well, you never know what your agent is going to be like until you actually start working with him. All I can tell you about Joseph is that if you get him as your agent, you scored! He is extremely knowledgeable and understands how to negotiate to get a great Deal on the property you’re either interested in buying or selling. He is extremely friendly and professional. When you reach out to him either by text, email or a phone call, he is always there for you. If you have a question about something, he will get the answer for you in a prompt manner. He managed to get a cohesive level of communication between all the parties involved in the real estate transaction. There was no confusion and the whole process was seamless working with Joseph. Trust me, this is not my first rodeo and I’ve worked with many agents. He is by far the best and if you are smart, you will definitely take this advice and use him as your real estate professional.

Clayton or "Cho" as most know him is exceptional. He's a great listener and paid close attention to what I was looking for in my home and my style. He was extremely patient through my process and understanding. Buying a home incorporates so many moving parts and it can be overwhelming and nerve wrecking. It was great to have him on my team. When I felt overwhelmed, he helped me gain clarity about what was essential in a home and what could be worked on. He also helped me map out the pros and cons in properties of interest and I eventually ended up with a wonderful home! Thanks for all your help and support Cho!

Evangeline is an extremely thorough agent with fast response times. She educated my husband and I on the entire buying process in depth as well as specifics regarding the VA home loan. As a veteran, she is very helpful with answering or getting the answer to any military specific questions. She has been a huge help in our search for a home, sending us listing in real time as they drop as well as off market listings that fit our specifications.
