Kelly Wood, founder of Stable Properties, combines extensive real estate experience with deep Central Coast roots. After growing up as a fourth generation San Luis Obispo County girl, and marrying her Cal Poly sweetheart over 30 years ago, Kelly and her husband, Ned, moved to the Bay Area and raised four wonderful children. After sending their youngest to Cal Poly in the Fall of 2022, Kelly and Ned have returned to the Central Coast. For Kelly, it has been a homecoming. “I am so happy to be home. Home has different meanings to different people, but for me it means Happy. It means Family. It means Stable,” says Kelly. Kelly has been part of the real estate industry for almost 15 years and has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell their homes.
