Working with Hannah to purchase my first home was an incredible experience. From day one, she was patient, kind, and genuinely invested in understanding what I needed, even when I was still figuring it out myself. Kelly is as good as advertised in every possible way. She is calm, poised, patient and charming, and her team is amazing. When she sold my childhood home in Catonsville, the level of care taken to make sure that I felt informed and empowered to make the best choices was above and beyond in every possible way. She was spot on when it came to pricing, strategy and timing. Everything she prepared me for came true as if she had a real estate crystal ball. I cant say enough good things about my experience and it is a joy to write this review for such an amazing person. If you're lucky enough to have Kelly represent you, know that she will take care in a way that is extremely rare in business during this day and age.

Kelly helped me purchase my first rental property a few years before, and while I could not think a transaction could go any smoother than that, she proved me wrong when it came time to sell. When I needed to move this property quickly, Kelly handled it all from top to bottom: photos, repairs, listings, inspections, and appraisal. I was very impressed with how hands-off I could be during this transaction. Everything was taken care of behind the scenes with my approval, and we settled up at the table. I cannot thank her enough for her knowledge, experience, and compassion during this time. She handled both transactions of my rental property with professionalism and ease. Kelly is absolutely amazing and I would recommend her 100x over for all my friends, family, and colleagues.

Hannah was a pleasure to work with...tons of local knowledge about Charm City and market trends. She kept things on track throughout the entire process and didn't miss a detail.
