Kelly was a great realtor! We hired her on very short notice and she handled everything very well, from creating professional marketing materials, to setting up a quick open house, and negotiating a sale within a few days of listing. She communicated well with us throughout the process. I would highly recommend Kelly!

I came across Kelly on a website while I was looking for a realtor to sell my house and based on her reviews I decided to take a chance and go with her. She’s very professional, accommodating, and very easy to talk to. The whole process overall was absolutely one of the best and easiest experiences I’ve had. She walked us through the whole process of what’s to be expected at the beginning so there were no surprises and we were super prepared for everything, she gave great feedback about a few small things we could do to make the house a bit better and it all paid off because it sold very fast. I didn’t decide to look for another house until almost a year later and I went with Kelly again. She’s always had my best interest at heart and she was always very informative and educated whenever I asked her opinion on anything I saw at a house rather it was something wrong with the house currently or eventually could be and if it could be a major issue or not. She’s always been fast at responding and has never left me wondering about anything. She had our backs the entire process and it was an overall great feeling and experience when it was all over with. I still reach out with questions and she always responds. I wholeheartedly appreciate how great everything turned out and there’s not a doubt in my mind that I’d go with Kelly again.

Kelly was supportive and reachable as we searched for a home for our growing family in a tough market, and she adapted with us as some of our goals/plans changed. Ultimately she helped us put in the winning offer on a great place after looking at 15-20 homes with us. She was also honest with us about great features or potential pitfalls / issues she saw in the houses we toured, but gave us space to form our own opinions.

Kelly worked with us for 3 years while we were trying to move from the west side of the state to the east. She was patient with us… no pressure. She found our current home and stayed with us thru the entire process.
