If you are looking for an excellent real estate team, look no further. Kelly Henderson and her team are absolutely the people you want by your side in this crazy market. Kelly is informative, honest, and an absolute power house in this field. Ashley is incredibly communicative and always one step ahead during this crazy process. Jill consistently made herself available to see houses and was quick to get us in on our schedule. The team handled both the selling of our house, and the purchase of our new house. They insured a smooth process on both sides, and we always felt heard and successful during both transactions. I highly recommend this team!!

Kelly and her team were the best! As a first time homebuyer we were worried about how daunting the process would be, but it could not have gone smoother. I had contacted a few other realtors before finding Kelly and none of them were interested in a first time home buyer who didn’t have cash on hand to buy a home outright. Kelly came in and met with my wife and me and was patient in answering all of our questions, setting expectations, helping with offers, and generally guiding us while imparting so much knowledge to keep us comfortable during this incredibly huge moment in our lives. Even after we purchased our home, Kelly and her team have reached out multiple times to make sure we love our home and see if we needed help with anything else. They are truly elite and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

It took 4-5 months of searching in an intensely competitive real estate environment to get into our home, Kelly and her team were there for us the entire way. As out of state buyers it was important for us to have very knowledgeable, responsive, and flexible agents, Kelly and her team fit the bill perfectly!

Kelly, Ashleigh, Jill and the team at Momentum are the best you will find in the Valley! We have used them for both buying and selling, which can be stressful, but Momentum was always available to answer any question or concern...both big and small. They understand the Real Estate business; where the market has been and where it's going. One of my favorite things about this company is their ability to negotiate and the knowledge to ensure her client comes out on top...every time. For our purchase, they understood we needed to act quickly in this market. Kelly made sure we had an Offer in on a home we adored in less than eight hours and were competitive by completing market research in only a couple hours. In the end, we won and bought the home we wanted. For our sale, they had us ready to go immediately when the home was listed. We had our first showing in less than one hour and within five days we had three bids. We closed on that home with very little headache and she even negotiated a deal where the buyers needed to rent for a few days before closing. It was unexpected, but we knew they had our back and what to expect going forward until closing. Honestly, we could go on and on for days about how much we love Momentum Real Estate Group.
