I've known Kelley as a friend and co-worker since before she started in the real estate business. Naturally, she was the one I reached out to for help in selling my townhouse. My SO and I found Kelley on accident and it was the best accident we made while purchasing our first home together. Kelley was patient with us and answered all of my questions in a timely manner, regardless of the random hours I sent them. Not to mention, she probably showed us 30+ houses in about 2 months. Unlike many realtors in the area, she was not pushy, had insight to many of our questions including estimated project costs for more fixer-upper homes, provided guidance on our riskier offers without making us feel like we were wasting her time, and actually gave great advice instead of just telling us "well its your decision." She also made the closing process as easy as it can be, from negotiations on inspections, to actually signing the documents, Kelley was a tremendous asset to us as first time homebuyers. If you are like us and want a knowledgeable realtor, with extensive knowledge of Gallatin county, without the overly salesy side, Kelley is the agent for you. You will not regret working with her.
