We could not have found a better agent for our real estate search! Buying our first home was an overwhelming task, and it was comforting to have an expert on our side. The journey wasn't easy, and we had some disappointing bumps along the way. Yet, through it all Kayla was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and honest. She expressed her opinions on each house and the neighborhood, and never tried to push us into a sale for the wrong reasons or make an offer that wasn't smart. We had a great experience with Kayla as our buyer's and seller's agent. She did a phenomenal job selling our home. Under contract in two weeks with multiple offers!!! She was very attentive and always got us fast answers when we had questions or concerns. She was knowledgeable on pricing and comps and great with research. She was aggressive with open houses and always accommodated showings which allowed us to buy and sell fast. She presented herself professionally and was well prepared with signage and documents for our listing. I'd HIGHLY recommend her!

Kayla listed a house for me, and performed exceptionally! Very responsive, helped keep up on all parties of the transaction to keep it pushing ahead, and helped price accordingly for a fast sale. Would definitely recommend.
