Kay is a ROCKSTAR!! We had A LOT of problems arise during our house buying experience, but Kay didn’t flinch once! We went through a tide water, and a ton of miscommunication with the sellers, but Kay kept fighting for us and helped us get exactly what we asked for. 1000/10 recommended for anyone looking for a realtor in North Carolina! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would! Easily the best real estate agent I have ever worked with.

Kay got me down to North Carolina by reaching out - and while I might of taken her out of her comfort zone of the coastal region, she was able to deliver us the home we wanted and was very instrumental in helping drive the process. She has a wonderful team that was with us through every step. Without Kay and her team, we would not have been able to navigate the process down here. I would recommend her for her knowledge and attention to detail - and she's a great person to work with.

Kay was amazing in helping us with our new home purchase in coastal NC! She knows the market, knows which areas to look at, and makes the home buying process as easy as it can get! She found and showed us our eventual home the same day it was listed, ensuring we had a good shot to get it (as otherwise it would have been gone quickly!). I would highly recommend Kay for anyone looking to buy or sell in coastal NC!

She provided inside knowledge on how to stage and price our home to get the most traffic and the highest possible price. She went above and beyond to find us the perfect home and was very patient with answering all of our questions throughout the process.
