We were connected via Zillow with Elizabeth Gabel of the Katrina Ruberti team from the initial call with Elizabeth. I knew we were in the best of hands. Elizabeth had impeccable communication skills, great negotiating skills and was on top of each step to get us to the closing table quickly. Elizabeth truly cared about our purchase and getting us into our home. If I could give higher than five stars, I certainly would. I wouldn’t consider using anyone else on our next home purchase.

Amanda sold my home. Beyond just listing the home she guided me through the entire process of my first home sale. Amanda set up a timeline that fit my schedule and she worked above and beyond to ensure we closed on our house so our family could move when we wanted. Amanda Caldwell was truly exceptional. I met her at a home we planning to buy. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. Amanda Caldwell was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. She did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. Amanda Caldwell will work with you to make your desires a reality. Amanda Caldwell is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call Amanda Caldwell.
