We were very impressed with Katie Mabe. She is so responsive to questions and never fails to answer the phone or call back immediately. She alerted us to the status of things in a proactive manner and she definitely goes above the call to make sure closings go smoothly. On top of that, she is pleasant and knows her local area! We could not be more pleased with the assistance she provided and look forward to continuing to work with her. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell real estate.

Katie was instrumental in helping me buy my retirement home. She is smart, respectful and highly responsible. Also, she did anticipate my needs and made practical recommendations when necessary. It was a pleasure to work with her. The whole process has been virtual and I was thankful and very appreciate of her wise counsel from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services and I have already.

Katie was very thorough in her process with us and was always there to answer any questions we had about selling our home and buying our brand new build home. We started our process in June 2019 and she has been there every step of the way. She took the time to meet with us and talk about the process and every step we needed to make. Very thankful for having her as our realtor! I would definitely recommend Katie! We are now living in our brand new home in Aberdeen and love it!

Katie is amazing! I was super lost coming into the home buying process and she made the process so easy! I originally reached out to her to see a house, turned out I wasn’t in love with it. Katie asked me what I was looking for found a list houses for me to see and because of her I’m now living in my dream home!

Before deciding that I was going to look purchase a home, I was very nervous. I had no knowledge of real estate or home purchasing. My job requires me to travel extensively and work all hours of the night and day. I am also a single mother. With that being said it was very hard to schedule home showings. Katie took me step by step through the home buying process and was phenomenally patient and incredibly flexible working with my odd schedule. Katie was very organized. She made me a beautiful binder with helpful information about the home buying process and information with the homes she showed me to help me keep track. From the moment I met Katie, I had a sense of security that she would make sure I understood everything and that I could trust she would make sure the lifetime invensestment I was going to make was the right investment. I highly recommend Katie Mabe. I was extremely fortunate to have Katie as my real estate agent. I am head over heels in love with my home purchase. I got my dream house with very affordable payments. I would have never imagined that the home purchasing could be effortless on my end. Thank you, Katie!!!
