Mike and Kathy have a great knowledge of the local area, but over all their listing of the property was poor. They did not do anything that they originally stated.. Did not show up for appt to take pictures, although they did offer to reschedule. Used a previous realtors pictures after they told me they would not do that. Did not show up for their schedule showing nor did they call. They never showed the property themselves Nor did they did they return to the property to see improvements or update the listing as they said they would ( winter to spring photos ). I would not recommend them to sell a property. Nice people, but they definitely did not provide a professional service.

they are very responsible......showed us lots of homes with patience.... we can't thank them enough! we looked all over the county....Mike made us very comfortable, we had lots of laughs....he helped my husband measure rooms to see if our furniture would fit...he is very knowledgeable about what to look for; if the home was for us or looking to see discrepancies.....i could go on & on .....we feel like we made new friends....we are sure to enjoy our new home....thank you!!!!

I would highly recommend Mike & Kathy Ballard! They recently sold my mother's home & acreage. It had been on the market sometime & they were the listing agent when out of town realtors located the home for their client. They are very knowledgeable and attentive. I was impressed, they both always went above & beyond in every instance. You will have a wonderful experience if you choose them as your realtor. Thank you Mike & Kathy!

I loved working with Mike and Kathy. They were so easy going. Wasn't afraid to come out and help us when we needed to be told what to do when we had a problem. They definately pushed and sold the house fast. Thank u for all u did
