Kathy Richey was absolutely awesome! She was very professional in all aspects of buying and selling our house. She was very helpful at explaining her answers to my questions even if she had already answered them before. She was extremely patient with us especially when I hit the panic button a couple of times! She did an outstanding job negotiating on our behalf and walked us through the entire process perfectly. Kathy was amazing through our whole ordeal from selling our house to then deciding to build a new house. She was very quick to respond and keep us updated through the whole process. She did an excellent job at conveying our wants, concerns or questions to the builders and making sure we got what we wanted/asked for. Kathy is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with I would highly recommend her for any real estate needs!

When Moving to NC from FL back in 2019 Kathy was a perfect Match as a realtor she helped us pick the perfect home with video calls and keeping us in the loop. fast forward to now 2021 needed to sell the home Kathy did an amazing job helping list the house and getting it sold. she is compassion, caring, and reliable. would definitely use in the future and recommend for any NC friends or family!!
