Kathleen and the entire KK Homes Team really hit it out of the park for us. Their plan for marketing our house, knowledge on all aspects of the market, and guidance through the entire process was phenomenal. The resources they have at their disposal really make a huge difference. We had multiple offers and were under contract 24 days after signing with KK Homes. We were closed 35 days later. The communication from Kathleen, Hillary and the whole KK Team was fast and thorough. If anything came up, Kathleen was on top of it and always had a solution. We are very thankful to have had them working with us!

Kathleen and her team did an exceptional job helping us sell two different houses - 8 years apart! She both listened to what we wanted to accomplish and provided valuable expertise that made all the difference in getting the sale quickly and for a great price. Can't recommend KK Homes more highly! We wouldn't have hired this team twice if they weren't exceptional at all aspects of what they do.
