I just closed on my 2nd home with Ben Merwald as my agent earlier this month. He was wonderful to work with when I bought my first home a couple years ago so it was an easy choice to call him when I was ready to move into my forever home this year. Not only was Ben was able to sell my first home for over asking price but he also set up post occupancy for me in our contract negotiations with the buyer. Meaning I was able to live in my current home an extra two months after it was sold until my new house was finished being built. This saved me an extreme amount of time, money and stress. I have recommended Ben to all of my family and friends as I trust him to always look out for his clients first! If you are looking for a great team member to help you and your family navigate this ever changing market, Ben is your guy. Ben was amazing to work with! He was quick to respond, setting up viewings that worked with our schedules, and provided open and honest communication with us. He really is dedicated to making sure you find your dream home. Ben has many great connections in the omaha area that make the buying/selling process as smooth as it can be! While this can be a stressful time, he was there to help explain everything and work with us at our convenience. I would recommend Ben to anyone looking for a realtor!

After my husband passed away, I needed to sell my home and relocate closer to family. Ben was wonderful with every step of the process. He was always available to answer any questions when I would call or text. My house sold in 3 weeks for a wonderful price and Ben was there to guide me every step of the process to back this the easiest sell. He even helped get all my paperwork lined up for me to do my closing beforehand since I was moving out of state. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone buying or selling a home in the Omaha area. Wish I could give him more than 5 stars!!!
