Autumn made it all easier than I expected. I didn't know how to start but she knows all the players, lenders, inspectors, real estate attorney and knows about programs for first time buyers. She was patient when I wasn't and she didn't push her knowledge on me, she always asked me what I wanted to do. I definitely recommend Autumn.

Cannot say enough good things about Brittany. Simply the best experience we have ever had with a realtor, by a long way. She is extremely knowledgeable and utterly tenacious while also being unfailingly kind and decent. She is someone we trust implicitly and would recommend to anyone buying or selling a house. Words cannot express how deeply grateful I am for having found Brittany to help us find a home and to sell mine. This is our first home together before we get married and we needed to find one with in law space in an extremely intense market. Brittany spent the time we needed to help us get familiar with the process, how to navigate things and made it seem possible to navigate. She went on endless appointments with us to see places and always acted quickly and kept us updated so that we never missed out on an opportunity. Her knowledge was priceless and her wonderful personality and attitude were an unexpected bonus. When we felt overwhelmed she always helped us see a way through it. We are now in a wonderful home together and are wrapping up the sale of my home. I truly can’t think of an area in which she could have been better. What others would consider above and beyond is her baseline. I will recommend her to anyone who will listen for years to come. We have full trust in Brittany and her abilities. SO lucky to have worked with her.

I can't say just how lucky I was to find Brittany as an Agent. Not only is she extremely professional and knowledgeable with real-estate in general but she was able to help source just about any type of inspection or service we needed to be able to get through to the closing of my home. Her ability to navigate tough problems that would come up with a calm and understanding demeanor really speaks to just how much she is in the right business. She took the time to understand what my needs were and also was able to help me make tough decisions to be able to negotiate with the seller to come to a middle ground that allowed us to make what looked like insurmountable odds a breeze! Not only that she was always available, and her instant return in communication was second to none. She even went out of her way to allow me to show the house to my girlfriend on Easter weekend (in which she brought a very nice little gift bag for us on that day). She is very easy to get along with and really made this experience that I was doing all alone super easy. I cannot recommend her enough! Best agent I have every worked with and a good person as well.
