John Prather with the Seeby Group was a complete pleasure to work with. John helped us sell our home and buy our new home and made the process so streamlined and simple. Before beginning this home buying experience (i.e. before talking to John the first time), I had many questions and concerns around the process, but John was able to answer them all and gave me a lot of peace of mind throughout the whole process. It's been a whole lot less stressful than I thought it would be. John has a lot of experience and it shows through how knowledgeable he is. I appreciated the several referrals that he was able to make-homeowners insurance, painter, handyman, mortgage lender. John had recommendations for each of these, and every one was a quality referral. John is awesome at communication--he's super responsive and quick to communicate necessary things. He has a great personality as well--you can tell he genuinely cares about his clients, and he stays cool, calm, and collected, which had a calming effect on us as well! All in all, I've been thankful to be able to work with John and his team, and would highly recommend!

I wasn’t sure where to start when looking to buy a home for the first time and was extremely anxious about the process. Zach’s knowledgable and accommodating demeanor kept me at ease. I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire process and felt comfortable asking any and all questions I had, to which Zach always had the answers. He made a stressful situation actually enjoyable! Thanks Zach! I appreciate all the time you took with such a nervous nelly like me!

It was so very nice to have an agent deal with us with real estate questions that I had, and not be talked down to; or patronized. Zach Bukowski was friendly, responsive to our many questions, and professional as well. Being a life-long local person made it especially nice as he knew the area inside and out. And yet having been educated outside of the city made him aware of trends in other areas that answered many of our own questions. Hoping to deal with him very soon on a major decision, we look forward to being treated with respect and honesty from Zach.

As a first time home buyer, I was nervous with starting the search and buying process, but Zach has been extremely helpful with navigating the current housing market. I have more confidence in finding my home and I look forward to finding a property I can afford to raise my family. Thanks Zach!
