Couldn't have chose a nicer Realtor than Justin Schultis! He quickly listed our home for us after we initiated contact with him. Very nice man. He also helped us find our new home! He was able to set up sale of our house with purchase of our new house happening at same time! What a lifesaver! He always goes the extra mile, is always smiling and quick to respond to our questions. Very nice realtor and made both the sale and purchase of new place easy!

I was pretty dissatisfied, believe he pulled a slick one on us regarding commissions, due to our lack of experience and an incomplete explanation from him. I thought the price he suggested listing it at initially was much too high but it sounded good to my elderly mother, we had to lower the price quite a bit from his recommendation to sell it. My experience is that he was only interested in his commission, a lot of requests for information were ignored, we were left hanging quite a bit and since the seller doesn't have any way to communicate with buyers or potential buyers we had to go thru him and we found out later, while talking to the people living there that he provided some misleading & incomplete answers that also costed us a bit of money and time. Apparently he didn't pass on much if any of the information I asked him to give the buyer either. He also had expectations of us showing it to people a lot, apparently a lot of them didn't really have any particular interest, he was just showing it to as many people as he could. We were spending a lot of our time leaving the house, time we needed to prepare to move and do other things. Within a short time I was checking with a lawyer to see what rights we had and really, really wanted to go with another realtor. Eventually another agent sold it and all was fairly good with the exception of a dispute on commission and the misleading supposed answers he provided. At least one thing was shy of being a lie, he just gave us an incomplete answer which lead us to believe something that wasn't correct. The biggest plus going with Schultis was that we did get some of the things we weren't taking with us removed and auctioned by them and pocketed some money, even after their labor and commission. I'm still really upset about the slick one he pulled and still considering legal action. It's my understanding that he was officially representing us, we really have very little knowledge about real estate sales and laws. I do believe that he was mainly doing what was in his interests first.

Justin Schultis knows real estate! My wife and I hadn't been in the market to sell or purchase a home for nearly 20 years. We really didn't know what to expect. Justin's experience shows when it comes to evaluating and preparing your home to sell. He is also effective at negotiations and representing your interests. We would most definitely recommend Justin as your next real estate agent!
