Emerald made our first home buying experience stress free, easy, and so incredible. Buying our first home was this scary necessary step that we had no idea how to tackle. Emerald took care of all the work behind the curtain and let us focus on the fun stuff and picking our home out. Her being local, she had a number of people to call with help on inspections, roof estimates, or even people with knowledge and advice. The people she surrounds herself with made picking the correct home so easy. Above all of that, she was always available to show a house for us, receive a call, or set an appt. I never felt like I was wasting her time or being a burden. We narrowed it down to 2 houses and she got to work for us! We were able to move in a month earlier than we thought, and it was all due to her incredible work ethic. Highly recommend.
