Julie is amazing! She handled my entire sale from start to finish. I am an out-of-state seller and the home in NJ needed a lot of work, electrical, appliance repair, junk removal, painting, etc. Julie hired all the contractors required and managed the repairs for me. She arranged online payments for me. She even had the title company send me the closing documents so that I did not need to travel to NJ. Let me not forget to mention that she recommended an attorney and helped me with the utilities. Again, Julie is amazing! I whole heartily recommend her.

I worked with Julie to sell my Father's home. From the moment I met and spoke to her, I immediately felt comfortable and knew I could trust her.
