I was a bit of a cynic when it came to realtors. I even gave Julie a hard time about her commission, but 2 sales and one purchase later I can now say she earned every penny. She made the process clear when it seemed to get muddy. Such a great experience getting out of and into our new home. Highly recommend!

Julie was excellent! She’s smart, quick, and very personable. I switched to her when my first realtor didn’t work out. She is a seasoned professional- knows the ins and outs of residential real estate. Our conversations were a true exchange of information and ideas; she listens to you and does her homework. Always respectful- ensured that I felt like my sale was a priority for her. We ran into a couple of issues- she was creative and responsive, tackled each one. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Best realtor ever! Over the past year, we worked with Julie on the search and purchase of a new home and the sale of two others. As we approached each of those projects one after the other, the market shifted from seller’s to buyer’s. Her knowledge and ability to guide us along the way we’re invaluable. Julie’s direct, easy going manner suited us well. She really listened to our needs and what we wanted as buyers and was always available to make sure we were able to see all the properties we were interested in as they came up—which was quite a few. As sellers, Julie was always there with the advice regarding pre-listing repairs and resources for getting those repairs done at fair prices. Julie is a professional and a tough but fair negotiator. She’s also kind, candid, open and trustworthy. Having only met by chance (inquiring about a Zillow property), we feel really lucky to have had her as a partner. She truly goes the extra mile.
