Julie is an absolute delight to work with. My wife and I were first time homebuyers and she made the entire process so easy and approachable for us. Julie not only sold our home, she managed the entire process of preparing the home for sale. We were mostly out of town during this time while she handled everything. Her loyal cadre of skillful tradesmen and her understanding of the sales process made for a seamless experience. She went above and beyond, notifying us along the way of improvements and costs. Once the home hit the market it sold immediately. We have only great things to say about Julie.

Julie is the best! She made the home search process fun and easy! She was a wonderful guide and resource to us as we moved through the entire process. We had an emergency come up on closing day and Julie was amazing! She managed the entire situation and made sure that we had a successful closing!
