Julia is amazing!!! She made my first home buying possible! She is very knowledgeable, professional, and makes sure her clients are happy throughout the entire process. She was there for me every step of the way, making sure I understood everything and was satisfied with my home. She made herself available at all times, late nights and weekends included. This was our second time going through the home buying (and first time selling) process with Julia. Her bubbly personality, knowledge, professionalism, and care she put into our whole experience is something I think everyone deserves to have when going through this stressful time. What could’ve been overwhelming always felt like everything would be okay with her reassurance and positivity. She showed immense value from the start of the process. From pricing our home competitively to get the best offers, helping stage to list (which got offers in under a week with her staging), to personally taking the time to walk our inspection with us and ask important questions. These are just some examples of her value she’s provided us. She truly advocated for us in negotiations and led us every step of the way as if we were her own family when touring the homes, putting that initial offer, all the way down to the move in day. I can’t recommend highly enough to have her on your team whether it’s buying or selling your home!
