This was our second time going through the home buying (and first time selling) process with Julia. Her bubbly personality, knowledge, professionalism, and care she put into our whole experience is something I think everyone deserves to have when going through this stressful time. What could’ve been overwhelming always felt like everything would be okay with her reassurance and positivity. She showed immense value from the start of the process. From pricing our home competitively to get the best offers, helping stage to list (which got offers in under a week with her staging), to personally taking the time to walk our inspection with us and ask important questions. These are just some examples of her value she’s provided us. She truly advocated for us in negotiations and led us every step of the way as if we were her own family when touring the homes, putting that initial offer, all the way down to the move in day. I can’t recommend highly enough to have her on your team whether it’s buying or selling your home!

Julia did an amazing job with helping us sell our home from start to finish. Julia and her team were very professional. We were well informed about our home and when we had questions they were answered in a timely manner. Paperwork was easy to understand and to fill out. We appreciated being given ample time when there was a showing, so that we could remove our pets from our home. We had a 15 day escrow which was really easy because Julia and her team made it simple. Julia has reached out to us several times after our sale to see how our move and our new home is. If you want a professional realtor, someone who goes above and beyond and treats you like family, then you want Julia as your realtor. We cannot thank her enough!
