My fiance and I are first time home buyers and we were a roller coaster of emotions, especially me. By the end of my first phone call to Judy I already knew she was the one for us. She was AMAZING through the entire process. She was very flexible with our limited schedule and she even put my family before hers one night. That speaks volumes on the kind of person she is. Reliable, understanding, and patient. There were days I would text her having a melt down (house hunting was stressful for me) and she always came back with comforting words making me feel 100% better when we were done. I would highly recommend Judy to any. Not only is she knowledgeable on homes, but she is there for you and your family emotionally through this milestone in your lives.

My husband and I were moving back to the area, our hometown, due to unfortunate tragic circumstances. Needless to say, the home buying process was more stressful than normal. But, Judy treated us like family and was always there whenever we had questions (and we had many!). It didn't matter if it was early in the morning, late at night, weekdays, weekends, while she was with other clients, she always made time for us. I have heard horror stories of experiences with realtors but we could not have been happier with our home (our first!) and with our buying experience all thanks to Judy!

Our first home! Judy was so helpful. We were completely lost as to what we needed to do in order to purchase our own home. It was like talking to a friend every time we thought of a question she was eager to help. she was very patient with us when viewing homes and talked over each house and the pros and the cons based on what we said we needed in our forever home.

Judy Wood was an immense help with my first home-buying experience. Above all, her honesty made it clear from the beginning that she was working for me and not just a commission. On the rare occasion she didn't know the answer to something, she was very prompt about calling the right people to find the answer. Her recommendations, from lender to inspector, all worked out extremely well. She was also very helpful with the paperwork by sending me the relevant copies and forms at tax time. She even offered to clean out the house herself when the sellers didn't take everything with them. You can't go wrong with Judy on your side!
