Joyce, was so very helpful with our whole experience. When we put the house on the market, we had mentioned to Joyce that we would like a quick sale. Little did we know, Joyce was actually able to get an offer with in the first 24 hours after the house was listed. With in 3 days we had 3 offers, all of which were of asking price or above. Joyce was so considerate of our needs as the sellers, and again was so helpful through the entire process. Keeping us informed of all details the entire time. Joyce was a wonderful agent ! I came to her with doubt that there was anything that was for me . I was a single first time buyer that reached out for help in finding something in my price range and not needing tons of work to move in . Joyce was texting and calling me with prospects and was on spot with appointments to see the houses and was very helpful and knowledgeable about structure and upgrades. Joyce is truly a gem in the realty world ! I am so glad I found her !!
