I have enlisted Joyce's help to sell property on 2 separate occasions. The first was during a bad seller's market- She was able to secure good buyers and negotiate a fair price. I was impressed with her ability to navigate an otherwise stressful process with patience and grace. So much so that I hired her again to sell a home in a more conducive market- Joyce brought in multiple offers quickly, with the final settling at $50k over asking. I was thrilled! A seasoned veteran of both upside and downside markets and everything in between, I highly recommend Joyce as your next realtor!

Joyce is an excellent realtor. She payed attention to the details I had no idea about. The sale was a little difficult, but Joyce stepped up every time there was a snag.
