John is the best agent because he always works fast and is very understanding with my documents and this is my first time buying a house. He helped me a lot to make the process go smoothly. We came to Kentucky two years ago and fell in love with the state. We decided to move down here and was not quite sure what we wanted for a home. John has been an absolute phenomenal realtor helping us find our way through the ins and outs of purchasing a home in a different state. We looked at so many homes and we were even able to speak with John during his vacation, which was so nice to know that he was there for us. John truly goes above and beyond and he shows compassion and empathy to everyone around him. He knew exactly how to help us from start to finish and was able to answer all of my questions at any time no matter how ridiculous I felt my questions were. With John’s help, we found the home of our dreams in a beautiful area. I am so grateful for John Hall and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new home.

John was absolutely AMAZING! He paid close attention when I was describing our needs and wants then found us the perfect house! He worked HARD when it came to negotiating and got us the best price possible! This purchase was complicated because of the sellers situation and John held everything together! He even stayed on top of things while on vacation! To say John went the "extra mile" or "went above and beyond" just doesn't explain it. John had a firm grasp on what was needed and absolutely did what it took to get the deal done! His communication PHENOMENAL!
