It was a pleasure working with josh, He would answer any and all questions for us. He would make videos of houses for us to see which was very helpful considering our long distance we would have to travel just to see a house. I appreciate all his efforts he made to make our experience enjoyable!

Being out of state, we depended on Josh's help by his videoing places for us to see. He always had information that was pertinent to our situation. He was also very helpful after closing when we weren't able to be there, by checking on our property. Appreciated his helpfulness and availability. We highly recommend him!

Joshua did a great job, both selling and buying homes for us. He provided local insights and recommendations throughout the process, yet always followed and supported our decisions. He was very patient and responsive with us during the home buying process, always keeping our best interest as his goal.

Josh is the greatest! I have worked with many realtors in my past. (I have purchased 5 homes in my lifetime) If I were to rank all of the realtors that I have worked with.... Josh would come in at #1. Josh's knowledge of houses in general provide great insight on things you may not think of when purchasing a home. I was working remotely with Josh and competing and bidding against local buyers. His market knowledge helped me when making bids and putting in offers. I was impressed with how hard this guy worked! Nothing is worse than having an agent that does not seem to care... but with Josh he works hard and does not take his clients for granted. He will also be my agent when it is time to sell my home. He knows his market well. I HIGHLY recommend Joshua if you want a agent that will work hard for you!

Josh was very nice to my family and I. He answered all of our questions and helped us through the whole process. It was a pleasure working with him and we will definately be referring people to him.
