Stacy has helped us both buy and sell 3 times. She is very knowledgeable about both sides of the process, and able to advise on helpful strategies for both making offers and preparing your home for a sale. She was able to get us upwards of 15 offers on the sale of our home and far over asking price. She is also fun and friendly and will make you feel very comfortable.

Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience working with Stacy. I really tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and i waited a long time to write this. I don't feel she guided me enough throughout the process which was brand new to me and she was very unprofessional and rude to one of my family members on the day of my closing which honestly ruined what should of been a happy day for me closing on my first house. She also was supposed to recommend that something important get inspected and she failed to tell me to have the previous homeowners do it. It was my oil tank and it started leaking a couple weeks after we moved in and Stacy had no concern about it and wouldnt take any responsibility. I would never use her again. Maybe she has improved since I bought my house 5 years ago, but this is my honest review and experience I had with her. I don't know if she got sick of working with me as it took me a long time to have an offer accepted.

Working with Stacy was an absolute treat beginning on the day I met her in my quest to find a real estate professional to sell my Uncle's home. She exuded confidence, authenticity, passion, expertise---there was no doubt of her genuine trustworthiness and creative capacity. It was clear from the beginning what good hands I was in. Not only was she available to me, but to other members of my family who were involved in selling the house. Every aspect of the process was clearly explained in just the right amount of detail. Her responsiveness to any question or issue was immediate and thourough. I would recommend her most highly and would hire her again in a heartbeat.

Stacy is by far THE BEST realtor I have ever worked with. She was there for Me though the whole process. The transaction process buying my home and selling my other home was the smoothest transaction ever. Her lawyer, home inspector, all of her people were top of the line professional’s. This was my 6 th home purchase and absolutely the best. She understood and respected my needs and making sure I got the best service possible. Outstanding experience for a gal that has reservations about Realtors. I have recommended her to all my friends. Totally trusted her and she included me in the whole process. Enjoyed working with her!! The best!!

Josh and his team helped us get into our dream house. We were buying from out of state and they did a great job facilitating our needs. We had limited windows to view and had to coordinate flights, they made our first home buying experience very pleasant and helped us through every step of the process. If we were to ever move or had an interested in purchasing property they would be my first phone call.
