Josh was the optimal professional through out. I had offers day one and he communicated and advised me to what I feel was the best deal I could get. Closing came quickly. He made sure I was completely prepared prior and no issues or surprises came up. This was a much better experience than I anticipated and easily exceeded my expectations.

Joshua exceedingly meet every expectation set forth as our real estate agent. I expressed to Joshua that I wanted the house to sell in 30 days. He listed the house on a Friday and it was under contract the following Tuesday!!! Joshua made himself easily accessible to answer any questions we had during the process and he even proactive in facilitating the process of any home repairs needed, eliminating leg work and making it easy for us to have things done quickly. I would highly recommended him to anyone in need of relator !!

He reached out to me on an respectful manner. Show us different locations and places. Josh Barker went out of his way to find us a home knowingly that we were in another State, he found the home for us and we loved it!!!

Josh was very helpful and a great guy. He showed me many properties in just a few days and we were able to close quickly. He knew the area well and was able to answer any questions i had. I would use him in the future and he has followed up on the sale to make sure everything was perfect.
