From the very beginning Josh answered all of our questions and was always available to show us houses at the drop of a hat, something that we found to be extremely important in a tight market. Josh was great! Always responsive, always available, ready and willing to help. He wasn’t one to blow smoke, he was always quick to answer any question we had if he knew the answer otherwise he was quick to let us know he was getting the correct answer for us. I would have to think twice about recommending josh for any of your real estate needs.
