Being a first time home-buyer, I sincerely appreciated that Josephine held my hand throughout this entire process; she was incredibly patient with me, explained everything in a way I would understand, immediately responded to my emails and voicemails, and gave me the confidence I needed to get through this. In addition, after seeing several properties, she never swayed me to settle; she continuously looked for a property, until we found the right one that fit my needs and budget. I could not be more grateful and I look forward to working with her on my next property.
