Joseph worked hard to earn this listing by attending each of our FSBO open houses to discuss selling options. He offered staging recommendations and did a wonderful job of coordinating open houses for the property. His knowledge of the geographic area convinced us we were receiving the best possible offer. He was responsive and established a weekly update process that was reliable.

Couldn't have asked for a more supportive, responsive, and honest partner in this process. Anthony made our first-time homeownership process SUPER simple. Let's be honest, when you are going though it, you don't even know what to ask, but Anthony did a great job proactively coaching us through the process.
