Joe and his colleague Nancy made the process of buying the house quick, smooth, and easy. Joe helped with finding properties to look at and visit, and if I saw something that I liked, he was very responsive/quick to schedule a visit. After the offer was accepted, everything moved very quickly and we closed in about 3 weeks. The mortgage / title company he recommended were great, everything went very smoothly.

Joe was patient and highly knowledgeable about the Las Vegas housing market. He knew the ins-and-outs of home buying, was incredibly flexible and accommodating in scheduling viewings at a convenient time. He was professional and responded quickly whether by phone, email or text. It’s important to point out the fact that Joe put absolutely no pressure on my wife and I, while at the same time being highly attentive to detail, addressing our questions and concern.
