Setting up the listing and posting it on the web was well done. At that point communication was not up to my needs. The last time I sold real estate was 50 years ago. I told Jordan Matin I was unfamiliar with current methods and I asked for direct and personal communication. I got none of that. Email and DocuSign was the main methods of communication. I would leave emails with specific questions and would not get a reply. There were questions regarding next steps and what to expect once we had an offer. The whole thing around commissions is lame. Back before the new rules you knew 6% paid by the seller was the deal. Now it all smoke and mirrors. At the start Jordan had us sign the listing agreement. After the fact I believe he should have gone through it with us in some detail an I regret having not been more through. It was like signing online to use an app. Pages of fine print take it or leave it.

Vince was very kind as well as goal oriented. He listened to everything we had to say that would make our dream home a reality while our family was growing. He looked high and low to find us our home. Never gave up, I would 100% work with him again and recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

A Truly Exceptional Real Estate Agent – Highly Recommend Leona Mullen Leona Mullen helped me buy my current home and sell my previous one, and I can confidently say she did a fantastic job on both ends of the deal. Working with her felt like a concierge experience. She would answer the phone and meet us wherever we needed, no matter the day or time. She always took her time with us, was fun to work with, and made the entire process as smooth as possible. Her due diligence was impressive—she’s very knowledgeable about homes and made sure we had all the right information to make smart decisions. She’s also a tough negotiator and great at closing deals. When it came time to sell my home, I’ll admit—I was not the easiest client. I had very high expectations and could be pretty demanding. We were selling during a tough market: high interest rates, lots of competition, and a strong buyer’s market. But Leona was incredibly tenacious. She followed up with every potential buyer and didn’t let any opportunity slip by. When a serious cash buyer came along, she locked in the deal and got it done.
