I am incredibly grateful to have worked with Mary, and I highly recommend her. Setting up the listing and posting it on the web was well done. At that point communication was not up to my needs. The last time I sold real estate was 50 years ago. I told Jordan Matin I was unfamiliar with current methods and I asked for direct and personal communication. I got none of that. Email and DocuSign was the main methods of communication. I would leave emails with specific questions and would not get a reply. There were questions regarding next steps and what to expect once we had an offer. The whole thing around commissions is lame. Back before the new rules you knew 6% paid by the seller was the deal. Now it all smoke and mirrors. At the start Jordan had us sign the listing agreement. After the fact I believe he should have gone through it with us in some detail an I regret having not been more through. It was like signing online to use an app. Pages of fine print take it or leave it.

Vince was very kind as well as goal oriented. He listened to everything we had to say that would make our dream home a reality while our family was growing. He looked high and low to find us our home. Never gave up, I would 100% work with him again and recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
